Shelter and Support Board Advocacy Coalition (SSBAC)
Toronto Shelter Network is a committed partner of The Shelter and Support Board Advocacy Coalition (SSBAC), and collaborates with the SSBAC in its efforts to address systemic issues within Toronto’s shelter and support sector. Together, we work towards advocating for fair wages and improved working conditions for frontline workers, addressing the wage disparities within the community operated shelters and City-operated shelters. The ongoing partnership aims to ensure a stronger, healthier, and more sustainable shelter and support system for Toronto’s most vulnerable populations.
