The Toronto Hostels Training Centre (THTC) is a partner of the Toronto Shelter Network. The THTC develops and provides training that meets the needs of shelter and hostel staff.

The THTC offers a multitude of training sessions and programs. In order to assist Toronto Shelters with their staff training roll-out, the THTC offers five E-Learning workshops in the following topic areas: 

  • Shelter Standards

  • Ethical Boundaries

  • Harm Reduction

  • Customer Service

  • Communicable Diseases
